May 11, 6:00 pm:
Cindy Chavez hosted an open, public ‘Town Hall’ at the West Valley library and this is a recording of that event. From Cindy’s site:

The central challenge for the next Mayor of San Jose is how to use all of our resources, assets and talented people to achieve the highest quality of life of any big city in the nation. Making San Jose the best place in America to live, work, play, and learn is my goal.

That’s why I hosted an Education Town Hall on Thursday May 11th at the West Valley Branch Library. This event was open to the public and provided an opportunity for us, as parents, teachers, community members and public officials, to discuss how we can work together to improve our schools and the education system in San Jose.
